Five-minute quick start

Sign in and find your way around.

You do not need to learn the whole system. Complete these six steps, then move to the guide for your role.

Your first visit

Six small steps.

  1. Accept your invitation

    Open the email or private one-time link from your coordinator. Create a password of at least 12 characters. The link can only be used once.

  2. Confirm who you are

    Sign in with the invited email address. Open the account menu and check that your name and role are correct.

  3. Open Inbox

    Inbox groups updates about requests you are involved in. Unread items have a blue indicator and open the related request.

  4. Find your main workspace

    Requesters use Requests. Surveyors use My Map or My Jobs. Leads and managers use Operations. Your navigation is intentionally role-specific.

  5. Try map and list

    Switch between the map and request or job list. Use Search to find a request, then choose Open to see its details.

  6. Add one comment

    Add a short note to a demo request. Ask another involved tester to confirm it appears in their Inbox under the same request.
